The hotel has a great location just outside the busy city, making it easy to hop on the metro to get into the center of Amsterdam. The room was spacious and clean, with large windows overlooking the canal. I appreciated having tea and coffee facilities, which made mornings more enjoyable. The breakfast was definitely a highlight. so many choices and everything was fresh. The staff were mostly friendly and accommodating, especially during the breakfast service. However, I noticed some inconsistencies in the cleanliness of the room. On check-in, I found a few areas that required attention, which shouldn’t happen at a 4-star hotel. Additionally, the air conditioning was a bit slow to cool the room, and I had to call housekeeping for some minor issues.
